This is surprisingly a healthy cereal with a long history. This Apple Jacks cereal contains real apples, lots of fibre and lots of vitamins. Excellent for lunch or a tasty crunchy breakfast. Apple Jacks was created in 1965 in the United States by William Thilly. William grew up in an apple farm and when he created Apple Jacks he made the slogan "We eat what we like". This is one of the most popular American Cereals but is not available to the Canadian market. Super delicious!
